A devoted Father, Husband, and Amateur Golfer, he serves as Chairman of MRN Investment Group, Founder & Director of Tendai ICT (Pty) Ltd, Founder & CEO of the Andrew Maringa Foundation, and Founder of the Lead with Purpose Foundation. He also holds Non-Executive Director roles at Power Matla Logistics and Wabtec Corporation.

Currently pursuing a Master’s in Information Technology (ICT Management) at the University of Pretoria, Andrew also holds numerous international certifications, including multiple Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) designations, Prince2, ITIL, and Project+.

Johann is an accomplished administrator with extensive experience across prominent South African companies, including Epic Oil Mills, Incledons, Robor, Rovec Services, and Taurus Cooperative. In 2007, he transitioned into entrepreneurship and founded VBO Financial Services, where he continues to deliver tailored financial and administrative solutions.

Team Leader – DevOps Department

Thabiso Mbulawa leads the DevOps Department at Tendai ICT, ensuring seamless development, deployment, and operations of the company’s IT infrastructure.

He holds a BSc in Information Technology and Business Management from the University of the Free State, Qwa-Qwa Campus, where he was awarded Best Student in the Computer Science department during his first and second years. He also served as a Computer Lab Assistant at the same institution for 3 years.

Thabiso has extensive technical expertise, with experience in C#, Laravel, Android development, Xamarin, and full-stack web systems. He has contributed to major projects such as:

• Previous versions of the Bonitas website
• The Bonitas Business Hub
• Internal web systems at AfroCentric Distribution Services

CyberOps Specialist

With 17 years of IT experience, supported by a Postgraduate Diploma in IT and currently pursuing a Master’s Degree. Specializing in Security and Networks with extensive system administration experience and deep proficiency in Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Mimecast, Azure, O365, and VMware. Focuses on safeguarding complex IT infrastructures and works with Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Purview, Defender for Identity, and Identity Access Management. Involved in compliance initiatives and published an article on Data Security in Cloud Computing with IEEE in 2021.

Network Engineer

Sipho Ndhlovu is a Network Engineer at Tendai ICT, specializing in routing, switching, and wireless infrastructure. He has played a key role in deploying SD-WAN solutions with Cisco Meraki, implementing Layer 2 and Layer 3 network protocols, and enhancing secure connectivity through Cisco ISE.

His responsibilities include collaborating with service providers to ensure seamless network operations and supporting the delivery of secure, efficient, and future-ready IT infrastructure.

Sipho is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce in Information & Technology Management at MANCOSA, expected completion by June 2025. Alongside academic progress, he holds multiple certifications and continues to expand his expertise in networking and cybersecurity.
